My task that I’m avoiding is organizing or scheduling my activities.

    Why important to me?

When I’m organized I feel better.

Why is it important to me to feel better, less stressed?

My life goes smoother and I get more done.

Why is it important to me that my life go smoother and I get more done?

Because it makes me feel more stable, more secure, more happy, more in control.

Why is it important for me to feel in control?

Because I don’t like chaos and insecurity, that is scary for me.

I like organizing my activities because it’s good for me, it’s taking care of myself.

I feel more motivated and in control of my happiness when I do this. It gives me the realization that making up a schedule is empowering, it’s a way to look after myself, to choose how to use my time verses just wasting it and feeling anxious

Thank-you so much for your exciting and extremely valuable insight.

You have helped me greatly to feel more at ease with my day and to actually have a quieter mind.
I am very grateful for your compassion toward others.

Thanks to both Marty and Shelly Lefkoe, people can attain less anxiety and start to experience some
healthy emotions which feel so much better.

Worry can leave the mind free to enjoy each moment by moment.

    Hi, Mr. Morty,

You have adopted a thoroughly systematic and clinical approach to elimination of finding meanings in occurences. It’s a common human psychological process which has remained in the human psyche for ages. For, more than 90 % of the population sleep-walk into their future without even feeling the glimpse of a need for rational approach to man-made problems. This 90% segment falls in that gategery. If this segment follows Lefko process to achieve a calm mind, then immense good can happen to the society. It is good to have sizeable sensible people in our society for a golden era. Besides, I am one in the sleep-walking group. I must thank you profusely for this wonderful service to humanity.

    With the warmest greetings,
    SHIVLAL RAJENDRAN
